Prospero Red Wine

Prospero Red Wine

0.00

Prospero has a ruby red color, good transparency, with violet reflections.
With a robust personality, the nose opens with fruity notes of amarasca, small red fruits, carob, plum, violet and a touch of wild fennel, the latter very present among the rows of grapes.
The aging in wood gives it spicy notes of cinnamon, black pepper and licorice.
There are also hints of tobacco and leather.
The typical nature of the “Prospero” produced by the Agricultural Society is surprising.
The soft hills of the Pollino with their brooms and the influence of the Ionian winds are in the glass.
